Description
Posh is our Posip that grows in Cara on the island of Korcula. It ferments and matures in large concrete egg-shaped tanks in order to preserve all the freshness and fruitiness of this wonderful Dalmatian variety. After one year, it is bottled and ready for consumption. With typical peach aromas and an almond aftertaste, it goes well with white fish dishes and light risottos and pastas.
