Darker sparkling ruby ​​color, with a discreet but quite strong enough aroma that takes a little time to open, then shows a beautiful, complex bouquet with ripe dark berry and stone fruit supported by kisses of smoke and vanilla, shades of dark flowers and dried and spicy herbs, a trace of white pepper. The taste is clean, pleasantly bitter, with good acidity, soft, with a fine-grained texture, harmonious, lasting, dark berry fruit reappears retronasally.
