Description
Malvasia Dubrovnik orange – is an old variety known since the 14th century in the Dubrovnik area. This Malvasia that you are holding in your hand is special in that it was fermented in a wooden oak barrel and aged on pomace for 8 months. After 8 months, it was aged without pomace in the barrel for another 4 months. This is a return to past times, because this method of production goes back far into the past.
