Description
We make this brandy from dried figs by macerating them for six months in apple distillate. The figs are dried naturally in the open air. It has a clear old gold color, and is partially thick, with a sophisticated and elegant aroma dominated by the note of dried fig, hazelnut, and dried apricot. On the palate, it is semi-sweet, pleasant and refined, with a note of dried fig on the aftertaste.
