Description
We produce this fruit brandy by macerating carob fruit harvested on the island of Korčula in apple distillate for six months. It has a lasting old gold color with copper tones and a pleasant aroma dominated by the notes of dried carob, orange peel, and baked apples sprinkled with cinnamon. It is semi-dry and partially warm on the palate, and the aftertaste surprises us with a note of carob spread and honey.
