Description
Mistletoe brandy is an autochthonous brandy of this part of Istria, and it is made from carefully picked yellow mistletoe leaves from oak trees in the Istrian region, macerated for six months in grape marc brandy. Our Mistletoe brandy is a gently caramel-colored, clear, and thick brandy with a pronounced, pleasant, and fine aroma dominated by notes of chestnut honey and cinnamon, with a hint of cloves and anise.
