Description
Wine produced from the indigenous Plavac mali grape variety, entirely hand-picked. Plavac Mali Majstor is a dense, completely opaque, and slightly cloudy wine. Aromas of cherries, Mediterranean herbs, and spices are prominent, particularly rosemary and bay leaf, while the marmalade of ripe plums is an essential and subtle feature of any serious Plavac Mali. On the palate, the wine is elegantly balanced with a rich extract, offering great aging potential. In gastronomy, it is recommended to pair with roasted meats, spicier red meat sauces, and strong, aged cheeses.
