Description
Mala Nevina is a blend of Istrian Malvasia and Chardonnay, grown in our Sv. Ante vineyard in Radovani, which is rich in red soil and limestone, and is exceptionally suitable for white varieties. It ferments in concrete tanks, and concrete eggs that enable a constant pumping-over effect, and enrich the wine with aromas during fermentation. It is aged partly in barrique barrels made of French oak, and partly in concrete tanks. With more complex aromas and a medium body, this is a white wine to enjoy.
