Description
Produced from the Istrian Malvasia variety using the Charmat method. The wine is bright, straw yellow in color with a slight greenish sheen, with very lively reflections. The bubbles are small, numerous and persistent, both in the glass and on the palate. It has a fresh aromatic profile, with notes of wildflowers, white vineyard peach and lime. It is extremely fresh and soft on the palate. It has a syrupy and lasting taste.
