Krauthaker Pinot sivi

Lively, warm, refined, harmonious, with well-expressed fruitiness and freshness, without spicy influences of wood. Lighter straw-yellow in color, crystal clear, the aroma suggests ripe local white and green fruit, e.g. apple, pear, peach, but also citrus fruits – a trace of kiwi, a shade of lemon peel, and then hay are also revealed. It is salty in the mouth, with appropriate acidity in harmonious interaction with a slight sweetness. The taste is nicely rounded, with solid length in the mouth.
