Description
TERROIR The vineyard is located on the highest point of Medimurje – the Mohokos position. Characterized by a higher content of calcareous marl in the soil, this position gives wines with a distinct minerality. AGEING Minimum 15 months on fine lees in small acacia barrels (300 l). The wine is naturally clear and filled without filtration. VINIFICATION Only the best grapes from the harvest are selected and additionally dried on the vine. The grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed. Fermentation with natural yeasts.
