Description
Delicate and pale salmon pink, thanks to the pressing of whole bunches and light pressure that does not allow too much color to be released. A pronounced and attractive aroma in which the fresh fruitiness of raspberries and wild strawberries intertwine with herbal notes, followed by notes of citrus with an emphasis on lime. In the mouth, it has a completely dry and refreshing taste, just as layered as the aroma.
