Description
Vivid and deeper yellowish greenish color. Intense and layered aroma with aromas of ripe stone fruit, mostly peach which dominates, then some pear in the background, then white pepper and other delicate spicy notes. The taste is characterized by a fuller body, varietal freshness and refreshing minerality. In the mouth it feels luxurious and intense, with depth and stimulating acids, it is slightly rounded in the middle, with a long and salty finish. Potential for storage and further development from five to ten years after harvest.
