Description
A wine that has gone through more technological stages than all other fresh, dry white wines. Produced using the sur-lie method, where it was aged for 8 months on fine yeasts with regular mixing, partly in large 4,500l 35% vats, partly in barriques and partly in stainless steel vessels.
