Description
A dessert Muscat that is so sweet and dense that it will easily stand the company of cakes. Although, it is much better to pair it with some aromatic hard goat cheese or cheese with noble mold. It smells of dried apricots, candied citrus fruits like tangerines and lemons, then honey, dried flowers and finally orange jam. It has a deep golden color, a darker shade that leans slightly towards amber. The taste is very sweet, dense and intense, without weight, mild alcohol, a nice balance between sweetness and acidity and an exceptionally long duration. It can be kept for at least several decades, and in fifteen to twenty years from harvest it will show its most luxurious face.
