Description
This brandy is prepared by macerating the fruit of the white and leccino olive varieties and almonds in apple distillate for six months. It is clear and thick, with a beautiful amber color with copper tones and a pleasant and fine aroma dominated by notes of dried almonds, pineapple, and wormwood. It is semi-sweet and partially warm on the palate, and the aftertaste is dominated by the bitterness of olives.
